I used Martin & Martin Removals to move from Cricklewood to Hendon, and the team were fantastic throughout. The guys were hardworking, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent from the very first contact, which made the whole process so much easier. I had a brilliant experience with Martin & Martin move from  Billericay. They truly made the difference in me moving home. In the lead-up to moving day, Kory and I had a conversation where he made sure I understood exactly how the day would look and what to expect, and the communication throughout was excellent.
On the day, the team arrived early and worked incredibly hard. They protected all my belongings and handled everything with real care. I was so impressed with their teamwork and how friendly they were.
As we needed to clean the house before leaving, I also used their in-house end of tenancy clean, and that exceeded my expectations too. Having all my needs met by one company made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend them!

Kory and the team did a great job with our move. The communications were fantastic, and the on the day service was top notch too. The team helped us out and were flexible around our needs on the day too including disassembling and reassembling furniture. Martin & Martin handled our move from a four-story townhouse in Islington this July — it was no small job, as it involved splitting our contents between a home in Regents Park and our office in W1C. They made it look effortless.

From the moment they arrived, I knew we were in safe hands. Kory, Robert and their six-person team were organised, professional and easy to work with. They came fully equipped to protect our artwork / possessions and skillfully dismantled several pieces of custom furniture that I'd worried might not survive the trip.

What impressed me most was how they took all the stress out of what could have been a chaotic day. Communication was clear throughout, and they worked tirelessly to keep everything on track.

If you have a complex move — multiple locations, delicate items, awkward furniture — I can't recommend Martin & Martin highly enough. We'll be calling them again without hesitation.

Thank you,  this one meant a lot to the team. A four-storey townhouse in Islington splitting between two destinations is genuinely one of the harder jobs to get right, because everything has to be labelled and loaded in the correct order before the first van leaves. Kory, Robert and the crew planned that one carefully.

Dismantling custom furniture and protecting artwork properly is what the larger team and the right materials are for  it takes longer on the day, but it's the difference between pieces arriving intact and arriving damaged. Glad it all went where it needed to go.

The team were brilliant in helping us move to Balisdon. They were professional,  friendly and careful throughout my move. I used their Essential package, so I packed up the majority of my things, and they packed the big items like my 75 inch TV. 100% would recommend them.

We recently used Martin & Martin for our house move and, although it turned into a much bigger and longer day than I think anyone had anticipated, the team worked incredibly hard from start to finish.

It was one of the hottest days of the year and we were moving to a property with quite difficult access down a narrow road and driveway. Despite the challenges, the guys kept their composure throughout, were polite and friendly and constantly tried to take the stress away from us — telling us not to worry, not to lift things and that they would sort it.

The whole move ended up taking considerably longer than expected, but nobody complained or tried to rush off. They stayed until around 6:30pm making sure everything was unloaded and genuinely worked their socks off.

You could tell that they really cared about doing a good job and about us as customers. Moving house is incredibly stressful at the best of times and, although I think the scale of our move was perhaps underestimated initially, I can’t fault the effort the team put in on the day.

A hardworking, genuine team who clearly care about their business and their customers. Thank you again for getting us moved!

You're right that we underestimated the scale of the move at the quoting stage, and that's on us rather than the crew on the day. We're reviewing how we survey larger properties and difficult-access addresses so the estimate matches the reality,  it isn't fair on customers or on the team when a job runs hours over.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this team. I recently moved to Woodford, and moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but this team turned it into an absolute breeze from start to finish. I booked their full service package, covering house removals, the packing service, and their end of tenancy cleaning service, and every part of it was handled brilliantly. The packing team arrived on time, worked quickly, and took real care with our furniture and boxes, nothing arrived damaged, and everything was labeled so clearly that unpacking at the other end was simple.
